The new iPad mini for us

Apparently this is like a standby unit for the old iPad 2 and as spare for mummy to use when the kids are using them, so that she can candy crush lol, I pretty much like and agree wit Thye size and its weight, I think if later when there is promotion I would get it before the launch the heavier retina display type, as this is the result from the iPad 2 to the iPad 3 ( new iPad ) . But we'll see if anything changes for the better on the iPads line. 

Well the quality of the finishing is amazing with the jet weight , no wonder what the review is saying is that this iPad mini is cutting into the iPad market tremendously and definitely this is the one would bring it out with you.

Actually this is also the second unit that we got , the first one for my mom as mother's day present and that unit is a 3G type. When I touch that I already fall in love with it.

2013 New case for IPADs

Today our New IPAD (IPAD3) and IPAD2 cases have to be replaced, damage by our 2 babies lol, so one get from switch for RM159.00 called MOCRAN and the other one from Gadget Zone Queensbay Mall called REMAX for RM109.90. i feel that for full protection the REMAX is better but for sturdy standing the MOCRAN is better. MOCRAN on the plus site which have a rubber strap to secure the lid.

IPAD IOS. Upgraded to 6.0.1

What an experience, before that I have already downloaded the Ipsw into my computer to perform the upgrade, but somehow the iTunes crash and the error say that there is something wrong and the upgrade would not be completed and I would Need to restore the IPAD before I could upgrade, this took me nearly 6 hours, as I need to perform the entire download of the Ipsw and upgrade from the iTunes, with my slow network. At the end all works out accordingly.

Well acclaimed apple have release a free photo editing app in app store called Snapseed, this amazing and yet simple tool is sure will not disappoint you. Very simple and nice ergo way of editing photos in you iPad, full 10 points for it.

2012 May 31 - Jailbreak my new IPAD version 5.1.1 with absinthe

Good day to you all again, today i manage to find some time while still taking my meds due to flu to jailbreak my NEW IPAD, seems that if you are sick you still can perform this task. not bad. later i will upload some of the videos and pictures for this. Upgrading your IPAD IOS with IPSW file

1. download the ipsw from the web
2. copy to your computer
3. connect up your ipad
4. click on your IPAD icon at the left bar
5. press Shift the click on the Update button, a window will pop up for you to choose.
6. then just sit and wait for it to complete
7. restore back your stuff from itunes.

2012 My New Ipad

OK as promise, manage to edit some of the photos by using Photoshop CS6. Hope you guys like it.

Yoobao - iphone iPAD battery pack

tsk tsk, after hearing some update of this products from yoobao, I immediately went to survey battery packs for our ipad and iphone, it seems to be a good choice bearing the facts that is can charge up to 11200mAh, this could provide power for my iphone for about 10 times. :D..and also due to coming CNY 2012. Well, no need to think more, since we will be traveling back to Mom's house.

I did not get this due to information that i obtained from the streets, i went around do some comparison and at this point of time this brand provide the highest power storage. Not only it can charge iphone, all any other phone also can use, as you can see from the connectors provided in the package.

the charging is pretty fast, just about few minutes it will be 20% charged. Impressive.

further more it provides 12 month warranty, last i checked it is 1 to 1 swap. we'll see about that.

do try to browse around before buying, perhaps there are other brands that come with higher capacity but of course with high price...its a free market...choose wisely and happy shopping.

IPAD - VNC with pocket cloud APP

after weeks of searching the way to make vnc to my windows desktop computer, i finally manage to get it done, thanks to pocketcloud app from WYSE, this free app really in stunning. I will share more picture about how to get it done. stay tune, if you guys find any other ways for getting this done, please share to me, preferably with free app.


some prerequisite:
1. download the pocketcloud app into your ipad/iphone.
2.download the pocketcloud windows companion here into your windows computer and install it using the default settings.
3. register for gmail, if you do not have one. here

this will be helpful later.

IPAD 2.0

well well, trying to figure out how to transfer my files or pdf over to ipad....it is a click and it is really amazing design.

Here it all happened.

If you use any pdf app, look for the wifi symbol. click on it, in my case the fileapp (free). and enable the sharing and follow the instruction.

on you windows computer, just use explorer and key in the ftp ip address and your a in.

what is nice way to get into ipad.
