2012 Wife Birthday treat @ The Sire Penang

I am very very lucky, today, as my special day, I got a treat from my lovely wife. We went to this place called The Sire, I am sure most of you have heard about it. Well, let me just comment on the food a lil bit, I have the "Grill Teriyaki Salmon", this is really delicious, as you can felt the crunchy salmon skin in your mouth. This place really brings us back to the old old time kind of feeling. The price for this place is really commendable as you would expect "Expensive". Just to give you a hint, my main course cost RM50.00 including ++. Well, now you know!. But once in a while, that should not be a problem. It is really a nice place to bring your love ones. Life is short....enjoy!

Lotus Soup - very common but well cooked.

Prawn salted egg-recommended dish, fresh prawns.

not sure what is the name called - some sort of vege sprout with salted fish, anyone?? help? very common dish in chinese menu.

Tsing tao Pork - added with some mayonnaise sauce - creamy in taste.

Combo Bean Curd Crab - huh what a name!! with eggs, not listed in the menu, need to try.

Mongolian Fried Beef - delicious although more to the fat side! sweet in taste.


Iced herbal drink - cooling !phew!


Not a mistake coming to this restaurant, for a dinner, this place serves delicious food at reasonable price, yes about the drinks the herbal drink is also wonderful. Imagine all for rm150.00, no tax. hihi..nice!!.
