My treat to my family at Hai Nam Restaurant, My sis just came home from Hanoi and would like to taste that food there. :D Nyonya food as usual, taste of the food, cannot compare to my Grandmother's :P To bad she is not with us anymore. :( Fortunately we still have some people who knows how to cook this stuff.I will ask my Auntie to come to trained my maid to cook this Nyonya food, and my wife will also need to learn this food.
1. otak otak
2. perut ikan.
3. sambal udang.
4. Nyonya curry fish
5. Stuff curry fish.
6. asam prawns. (this one is a must)

Got this filter safely from ebay, and it was excellent, it does not degrades the quality of the photos. I have tested with some cheaper skylight filters and there is a diff of 200 is ISO. e.g with this filter you get ISO1000 with the cheaper filters you get ISO1200. So please get a better filters to reduce the noise especially in low lights, other that that in sunny bright lights, there is no different, there is a different with skylight and UV, they are totally different usage. :D Take note.

just took this photo to test the sun star, pretty not bad as all as you can see the pictures above, caution, please have you sun spectacles on to take this.

For this lens, the best settings, is f32 -1.3(above) ev or F22 0 ev.

2010 AF-S NIKKOR 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR

Finally my lens arrived, this is one amazing lens here is one taken by me. look at the bokeh, it is really amazing for such a zoom lens. with this I think no one will need to get anymore lens, except if you really need an UWA (ultra wide angle) lens. One things that I like about the Nikkor lens is this M/A switch, it lets you just grab the focus ring and overrides the auto focusing. Amazing!! especially you shoot at low lights. I assume all AF-S lens will have this switch. Do comment if you see there is others lens with this. thanks.

Today I went test out this lens, PQ wise it is not bad, color is nice and it is really amazing the zoom range and the VR.

Overall the lens is solid, and fix nicely for D90. this is sure one hell of a beast I wish to own one day. it really give us the freedom to just shoot without changing lens in the middle of shoots.

My advice, you need to have D90 and above body to use this lens.

6 Months...

Now we are 7 months and will be reaching the goal very soon. Here is size of my wife's belly, as you can imagine as we are expecting a twins :)

Ritz Cake & Pastry

Suddenly my wife have this craving to have something sweet, so we went over there to get this cake, as she is pregnant :D so Mummy needs to eat a lot.
